The issue was prepared on the basis of the materials of the International Scientific and Practical Internet Conference organized by the Educational Research Laboratory for the Study of Policy Problems in the Field of Criminal Investigation of the Scientific Research Institute for the Study of Crime Problems named after Academician VV Staysis in association with the Law Institute of the State University "Precarpathian National University named after V. Stefanyk" (Ivano-Frankivsk, March 11, 2015). The results of scientific researches concerning the policy in the field of fight against crime are highlighted.
