On The Level Of Criminal-Legal Policy Of Ukraine

This article discusses the level structure of criminal legal policy of Ukraine. At the same time in terms of critical analysis proposed earlier by the author of these levels is formulated its vision of modern.
It expresses the view that the level system of penal policy is a structure that consists of doctrinal (scientific), conceptual, legislative and pravorealizatsiynogo levels. The last of these, in turn, is divided into two sub-levels - pravovikonavchy and enforcement.
All these levels are in accordance rigid hierarchical dependence when the bottom becomes the basis for the higher, causing their borders and the implementation of the order.
The author defines each of the structural levels, analyzes the current state and development prospects.
