Abstract

The article presents a scientific analysis of the pedagogical and psychological features of the development of stress resistance among teachers of preschool education institutions in the conditions of war. Stress resistance is defined as a key characteristic necessary for the effective activity of teachers in difficult social and psychological conditions. The main factors that help overcome stress and ensure efficiency in professional and personal spheres have been identified. The resources that support the adaptation of teachers to extreme conditions, in particular in the conditions of martial law, are outlined. Psychological recommendations aimed at the formation and development of stress resistance of pedagogues are provided.
