Socialization of young students in the activities of young people’s and chldren’s public organisations

The article deals with the process of socialization of young students in the activities of young people’s and children’s public organizations. It is analyzed different approaches of scientists to the issues of socialization of the younger generation in social institutions, in particular, public organizations. The content of the concept "public organization" and "children’s young public organization" are revealed; it is indicated forms of interaction, directions of cooperation of social pedagogue with young people’s and children’s public organizations; it is specified the features of socialization of youth in conditions of social-pedagogical activity in public organizations.
It is stated in the paper that modern youth is characterized by an increased need to be involved in social phenomena, that it tries to assert itself and to take an active life position. However, due to lack of awareness, lack of life experience, part of the youth tends to perceive negative influences and can become an antisocial way of development, be drawn into the influence of "street". To avoid this, you need to take care of the meaningful filling of the free time of the younger generation, involve them in socially useful activities. Young people’s and children’s public organizations promote their inclusion in society, allow them to gain positive experience of social interaction, protects the interests and rights of children and young people.
It is necessary previously to carry out series of activities to familiarize social educators and representatives of civic organizations with the components of social and pedagogical work with adolescent children. It will make work more effective aiming to the successful socialization of adolescents. The content of the interaction of the school and youth organization, forms and methods of joint activity, of course, depends on the professionalism and ability of social teachers to coordinate the work of the youth organization, to promote its effective functioning as an open socio-pedagogical system that educates and socializes the younger generation. Membership in various young people’s and children’s organizations is a step towards full-fledged social activity, education of active citizens, and the formation of leaders.
