The article analyzes the features of socialization in a problem family. The specificity of the components of the structural-functional model of socialization of the child in a problem family by the results of socio-psychological research is investigated. The proposed model of child socialization in a problem family is substantiated, which reflects a wide range of factors (from the universal value to the level of specific interactions in the family) that determine the success and effectiveness of socialization in a problem family. It is proved that the most significant aspects of socialization in a problem family are the dominance of the type of reproduction of family experience and the assimilation of the type of configuration of family relations, determining the positive or negative course of socialization of the child in the problem family.
