Standards for Authors
The main requirement for the acception of an article to print is the evidence of new original scientific results which have not previously been published.
If the matirials have been published before, the author must give the editorial office bibliographic references to previous publications and explain the relevance of the new version and what changes have been made.
If the main content of the article has already been published in another edition, the author must indicate this in the annotation by submitting a bibliographical reference to this publication.
The editorial board must disclose any conflicts of interest that arise between authors and editors.
In case of plagiarism or falsification of the results, the article is rejected.
