Abstract

The article deals with the professional development of a teacher in the conditions of such a type of training as mixed training, it is emphasized that modern conditions place new demands on their professional growth. To reveal the issue of the teacher's professional development from the perspective of a component of his creative individuality. It is emphasized that the very nature of pedagogical activity requires constant development in accordance with social demands and is aimed at the realization of oneself as an individual.The author highlights factors that play an important role in the professional growth of a teacher, namely: use of advanced pedagogical experience, research work; systematic study of the legal framework; participation in methodological associations, seminars, conferences; media literacy and media education.It is outlined that the mixed type of education has advantages compared to other models of the educational process. The author emphasizes the need to increase the requirements for the activity of the teacher, who must use methodical techniques, technological solutions, which depends on his potential capabilities.
