USE OF INNOVATIVE METHODS OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION IN A MODERN PRESCHOOL EDUCATION INSTITUTION

The article analyzes the necessity and importance of using innovative methods of physical education of children in modern preschool education institutions using the examples of scooter riding and floorball. The authors prove that the implementation of various innovative health-saving technologies (fitball aerobics, step aerobics, etc.; finger, breathing gymnastics, eye gymnastics, elements of hatha yoga, etc.) into practice is one of the priority areas of work of a preschool educational institution. It is important that the article defines the age from which it is recommended to engage in this exercise, substantiates the algorithm of learning directly to ride a scooter in the physical education of a preschooler. Recommendations are given for gradually mastering the knowledge, skills and abilities of free pumping, braking, turning and stopping, etc.
