PERSONAL PROVIDED FOR PREVENTION AND PROTECTION OF EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES IN THE HIGHER EDUCATION OF UKRAINE

Abstract

The article presents normative and legal documents regulating the modern procedure of licensing in the field of higher education of Ukraine, as a type of economic activity. The content of the concept of the licensing process of educational activity and its separate components is substantiated. Educational services subject to licensing in the field of higher education are described. The author systematized and arranged staffing requirements for the initiation and implementation of educational activities in the licensing process in the field of higher education. As well, on the basis of their own experience, there are generalized separate discussion questions regarding staffing, found during the licensing process of educational activities in the field of higher education.
