Abstract

The work describes the methods and tasks of education necessary for the development of personality and maximum adaptation to its needs, orientation to the level of social values, personality traits and life priorities of each person. The process of formation of humanistic principles in the Ukrainian school is analyzed, the systematic approach to activating creative development of the personality, peculiarities of the formation of skills of independent educational work among students is revealed.
