ВПЛИВ ПСИХОЛОГІЧНОЇ ПІДГОТОВКИ НА РЕЗУЛЬТАТИ У НАВЧАЛЬНО-ТРЕНУВАЛЬНОМУ ТА ЗМАГАЛЬНОМУ ПРОЦЕСІ З ПАНКРАТІОНУ СПОРТСМЕНІВ 14-15 РОКІВ

In the long-term training of athletes, the influence of psychological support in the educational, training
and competitive processes of the pankration of athletes aged 14-15 years is analyzed. Each type of sport has its
own specifics and features of psychological training, which is used in combination with the structural components of special training. In the sport of martial arts – pankration, the relationship between psychological
support and special physical training is important, in particular, the formation of a special mental state of
combat readiness, which contributes to the fullest use of one’s potential during sports competitions. The article
carries out a theoretical analysis and defines approaches to the study of the problem of psychological support of
14-15-year-old athletes. 2. Conducted diagnostics and comparative characteristics of performance at competitions
of athletes aged 14-15 years who have been training for more than 3 years on the example of two groups –
control and experimental. 3. It has been proven that the use of specialized situational exercises with psychological
support has a sufficiently effective effect on growth in the educational and training process in the precompetition
and competition period. According to the results of the histogram of the experimental group, we can
observe the positive dynamics of performance indicators of athletes at competitions of various levels. Thanks to
the rational combination of psychological support during situational tasks, the coach’s work with the athlete
using the training methodology according to the national sports program of the Youth Sports Academy of
Ukraine and the improved methodology of psychological training of athletes. The results show the positive
dynamics of victories and confidence in competitions.
