Integrated music-pedagogical courses are seen as combining elements of different disciplines, their subject matter, and methods based on system integrity. The purpose of integration of music-pedagogical disciplines is the formation of professionalism of the future educator and music director by means of musical art and music-pedagogical activity; specific tasks include the expansion of musical and music-pedagogical horizons of future specialists of preschool education, formation and development of music-pedagogical thinking in them, creative qualities of personality, ability to pedagogical and music-performance improvisation, as well as elimination of technicalism when teaching music-theoretical disciplines. The orientation of the content of the integrated disciplines of the music-pedagogical cycle to the holistic activity of pedagogical staff of preschool education institutions is substantiated. Various forms of integrated courses are offered: from a conglomerate of information from different fields of knowledge to a qualitatively different discipline. Possibilities of using various specialized forms of creative tasks in teaching integrated courses of music-pedagogical orientation are presented: pedagogical analysis of musical works of children’s repertoire, substantiation of expediency of using in the pedagogical process of the institution of preschool education of certain musical works, music-pedagogical analysis of musical works. creating music samples in one style or another, genre, etc. It has been suggested that integrated courses of music-pedagogical orientation may take the place of generalizing courses in the course of vocational training of future preschool teachers and music leaders, since they are essentially a variety of them, and the level of generalization and professional orientation.
