Spiritual and moral values as a sign of educator’s professionalism of modern preschool education institution

The article actualizes the problem of spiritual and moral values of future educators of establishments of preschool education, reveals their content, interconnection and interaction, examines a new model of their vocational training aimed at creating conditions for self-development, self-realization, the formation of spirituality of the individual. It is noted that the future of society in many aspects depends on the fact with what spiritual and moral ideals and values are our children today. The formation of personality, the formation of value orientations of the formation and development of a child in the modern socio-space, due to social influences, the nature of society in which he/she lives, an atmosphere in family, an educational environment of preschool educational institution, the world of child’s entertainment, interests, customs and traditions. It is emphasized that the main task of preschool education, in particular, the preschool educator, is the child’s arming not only by the system of branch knowledge, but by the science of life, the creation of favorable conditions for the personal formation and creative self-realization of each child, the formation of its vital competence of value attitude to Nature, Culture, People, Himself. The focus is on the fact that the upbringing of spiritual and moral values of future educators should be aimed at solving one of the most pressing problems of the present – the education of a pure soul of the child through spiritual mentorship, spiritual interaction, through organized multicultural space that promotes the harmonization of the child’s heart, the formation of inner world of a growing person. In connection with this, an extremely important task emerges – the upbringing of the spiritual and moral ideal of the future educator during the teaching in the pedagogical institution of higher education.
