The pedagogical modeling of professional training of managers from quality of education

Educational globalization has led to the modernization of the Ukrainian educational and scientific system of higher education. In order to ensure its effectiveness, the structural and organizational model of the professional training of future quality managers in higher educational establishment has been developed. The model is a synthesis of the structural-organizational and structural-functional component of the logic of the training organization. Structural-functional component is a synergistic interaction of target, content, theoretical and methodological, organizational-methodical, practical and control-effective blocks. The structural and organizational component of the model includes target, organizational-forming, diagnostic and productive stages of implementation of the model.
The professional activity of a specialist in quality management in the field of education and science is presented as a process. A methodology is developed that involves formal and informal types of theoretical and practical training of a specialist in the quality of educational systems. Synthesis of organizational and managerial, organizational and methodological, organizational and pedagogical measures provides the choice and construction of methods for organizing theoretical and practical training in effective and optimal forms.

In the process of research, the following methods were used: analysis, synthesis, pedagogical modeling, algorithmization, visualization.
The developed model is designed for effective formation of future quality management professionals in higher educational establishment of vocational, practical, managerial and qualitative competencies.
