Abstract

The article deals with the formation of economic personality culture. The functions of economic culture are highlighted. Among the scientific works, particular attention is drawn to the research in which the problems of formation of economic culture, economic socialization, economic training and education are solved on an integrative basis. Emphasized on the different views of scholars on economic culture.
Researchers point out that the process of formation and development of economic culture is contradictory and undulating. This is because this type of culture reflects the particularities of a particular economic process, as well as social and community relations.
Features of economic culture are also culturally conditioned and are determined by the peculiarities of socio-economic status of society. The main goals of the process of forming the economic culture of junior specialists are the acquisition of economic knowledge, skills, development of economically significant personality traits, needs, interests, motives, values, economic behavior.
Analysis of philosophical, psychological, pedagogical, sociological, cultural literature on the problem of culture leads to the conclusion of the universal nature of this concept, which is to accumulate in itself all forms of human activity and development of both society and individuals. The ubiquity of culture implies a positive content of the previous experience of the human community, contributes to its unity and development.
