The author of the article focuses on the application of certain legislative acts in the performance of duties in the provision of professional legal assistance. The author defines the concept of «legal regulation of the professional culture of a lawyer».
The author's definition of the concept of «normative and legal regulation of professional ethics of a lawyer» is proposed: the use of state measures to streamline internal interpersonal and professional relations between representatives of legal professions, which are legally enshrined in laws and by-laws as mandatory rules of conduct.
