The collection deals with topical problems of state building, issues of legal reform in Ukraine, law and ecology, and fighting crime. Suggestions for improvement of a number of institutes of civil, criminal and other branches of law are made and substantiated. Ways to improve criminal procedure activity in Ukraine are analyzed.
