Legal Basis Of Approximation Of Ukrainian Law To The EU Law In The Area Of Company Law Regulation

Abstract

The article is a research of legal basis of approximation of Ukrainian law to the EU Law in the area of company law regulation in the context of Ukraine’s obligations under the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement. The main focus is laid on the various aspects of functioning of companies, which should be taken into consideration in the process of legal regulation.
