Depositary System Of Ukraine: Novelties Of Legal Regulation

Abstract

The article deals with historical and legal issues of incipience and development of national legislation concerning regulation of depositary activity on the market of securities. Taking into consideration the new regulation in this sphere, there has been analyzed legal status of participants of depositary system of Ukraine and their functions.
