Philosophical And Legal Basis Of The Research Object, Subject And Principles Legal Relations

Abstract

Analyzed the basis of the research object, subject and principles of legal relations in the light of the philosophy of law. It is proved, that the understanding of the basic principles of legal relations will help to recognize the ideological basis of a legal standard, to which the subject is related to the daily activities, its deep essence and content, which, in turn, will contribute to greater efficiency of legislation.
