Abstract

In the article, the authors briefly analyze the draft Law of Ukraine «On Critical Infrastructure and its Protection»
In general, the article states that there is a need to refine it in terms of legal techniques, as well as in terms of the formation and functioning of the subjects of the state system of critical infrastructure protection.
